Introduction to the operation process of cold heading machine steel bars
1. Corresponding fixtures should be replaced according to the diameter of the steel bars.
2. The mold and center punch should be checked and confirmed to have no cracks, and the concentricity between the upper and lower molds and the center punch should be corrected. All bolts should be tightened and safety protection should be taken.
3. After starting, the machine should be run by air first, adjust the tightness of the upper and lower molds, align with the punch die for heading calibration, and confirm that it is normal before starting the operation.
4. When the mechanical speed has not reached normal, it is not allowed to upset the head. When the size of the upsetting head is uneven, the gap between the punch and the fixture should be adjusted in a timely manner. The punch and guide block should maintain sufficient lubrication.
5. During the homework, it is strictly prohibited to replace the shaft core, pin, change the angle, and adjust the speed. Cleaning and refueling are also not allowed.
6. It is strictly prohibited to bend steel bars that exceed the diameter specified on the mechanical nameplate. When bending steel bars that have not been cold drawn or have rust scales, protective goggles should be worn.
7. When bending high-strength or low-alloy steel bars, the maximum allowable diameter should be converted according to the mechanical nameplate regulations and the corresponding core shaft should be replaced. It is strictly prohibited to stand within the working radius of bent steel bars and on the side of the machine without fixed pins. Bent semi-finished products should be neatly stacked, and the hooks should not face upwards.
